School procurement made simple, compliant and FREE

FDA is a group of cooperating schools whose sole purpose is to acquire the highest quality food, supplies and service needed to effectively and efficiently run a successful school. The FDA was originally formed in 1992 under the title of “The Foodservice Directors Association". Five School Districts in Vermont collectively gathered together to form a cooperative purchasing group for child nutrition supplies. Seeing a need for energetic, work in this area, we formed our organization to provide sensible solutions. We've consistently grown since then, all thanks to the helping hands of this amazing community! Founding member Robert Clifford remains as one of 2 co-chairs of FDA. Robert served as a Child Nutrition Director in Colchester  and later finished his career as Director of the Essex Westford School District with over 35 years of collective service. Robert was joined by Doug Davis as a co-director in 1998. Doug was the Child Nutrition Director in Charlotte and recently retired as the Director of Burlington School District with over 30 years of collective experience. Together Robert and Doug have grown FDA to now represent over 305 school accounts.
